Ahhh...that dreaded word - Taxes! I'd rather hear Texas calling me ~ or Colorado ~ or Utah ~ or Michigan ~ or California if you please. Because, taxes means work, concentration, chaining myself to my desk and all manner of unpleasant things.
So, I have finally (did I mention I work well under pressure?) begun the process. Turbo Tax is installed. Paperwork is beside my desk. Income is entered. {Insert blog entry here.} Expenses are next up.
So, please excuse the dust while I keep Uncle Sam happy. And, don't let out my little secret - I am a procrastinator of unpleasant tasks. Sigh... Am I the only one??

Nope you are not ALONE!! I only got mine done last week, so I'm not very far behind you! I one that just wants to get it over with and move on and once I do I feel so much better!! Have a fabulous week.
ReplyDeleteGinger - Good...you are finished. I am working on them, then I'll have a great week!

If left to me, taxes would be done on they last day possible, which here in Canada is my sister's birthday. However, my husband has them done on the last day people are required to get your tax docs to you. Lucy me, but not lucky for the government. ;)
ReplyDeleteMichelle - I pay on the last possible day, but I like to get them done with a few days to spare anyway.

My husband gets the tax job. He's from Texas so maybe that helps.
